Ken Tan, Chairman of MapleJourney Corporation led a good life. He lived in a mansion guarded by 2 German Shepherds, his garden smelling of fragrant flowers. An underground cellar of champagne, accompanied by caviar for his supper every night.
Mr. Tan will wake up early the next morning, hearing the birds' chirps and smelling the morning dew while his private chef prepares breakfast. His private Italian chef, Mihai Tomasi, was widely acquired for his superb culinary skills, with a little imagination, he would prepare something interesting and different for breakfast each day, leaving his employer a deep impression.
Ken Tan has the honour of going to work in a Mercedes car, driven by his chauffeur.

The Day Which I slept for 11 hours 8/6/2010
The beginning of a new day. I thought it would be a good one, but my fate had other plans for me...
It started fine, I overslept for 2 and a half hours, but I had a feeling, and it probably changed the day...
I had a great responsibility of following my tight schedule, 2 and a half hours gone... I had no appetite for breakfast, something clogged my mind up, but... what was it? I did not feel like doing anything. The feeling sapped me of my energy to study. I wasted 1 and a half hours going out to run errands, that is a waste of 5 hours... I tried studying for the rest of the day, managed to do some work, but it was somehow not enough, there was some sort of distraction.
Few hours later, my dad reached home. After our daily one-hour of television, and half an hour later, I asked my dad to log into Maplestory for me. He asked me what I had achieved for the day, but some feeling deep in my heart prevented me from telling him-------- I feel stressed out from the previous day's studying. Lying on my bed, I spoke," Lord, would you bring me to you?"
At that moment, a portal appeared in a corner of my room, and I saw a face in it...

The Happy Days of the Past
The scorching hot sun burns the ground
Boys of St. Joseph's Institution Junior does not mind the heat
Looking out to the balding soccer field
Four boys are seen kicking a Nike ball around
I was one of them
Drenched from head to toe
Three of them look at their friend kick the ball
The ball swirled through the air
It started falling back having reached the same level as the 4th floor of any
building
The ball drops, splashing mud onto the khaki shorts of the boys
Laughter can be heard
Those happy days of primary school are over now
Looking back at the beautiful memories
I open my eyes
Fresh pearls of tears flow like a river down my cheeks
Happy times are memorable
However, I have not forgotten
There is an end to all happy times
I close the photo album of beautiful memories
And leave it in a corner of my room
Never to be opened again.
